Warm-up:
5 Yoga push-up
10 Speed skater
150m Run
20 Jumping jax
15 Hollow rock
10 Up/down dog
5 Burpee box jump

WOD: For time
100 Burpee box jump for time (24/20″, Scale to 75 or 50 and 20/18″)
10 Abmat situp at the start of every minute (scale to 7 or 5)
*20 minute time cap.
If you don’t get at least 5 BBJ on minute 1, scale sit-up to 5-7.

Mobility:
1:00 Archer in samson lunge
1:00 Straddle
