2 Rounds for max reps and time
P1 Run 200m while P2 completes AMREP DB Renegade row
then switch
P1 Run 200m while P2 completes AMREP Box jump
then switch
P1 Run 200m while P2 completes AMREP DB front rack lunge
then switch
P1 Runs 200m while P2 completes AMREP DU/SU
then switch
P1 Run 200m while P2 completes AMREP DB clean
