Warm-up:
10 Leg swing
10 Wall squat
10 Top down deadlift
4 Up down dog + walk dog
2 Rnds of:
4 Pushup
6 Air squat
8 Hollow rock
then
3 Deep squat complex

WOD:
A) EMOM x 8
Clean
Start at 50% and build each minute.

B) “The Chief”
3:00 AMRAP x 5 Sets
3 Power Clean (135/95 or ~60%)
6 Push-up
9 Air Squat
Rest 1 Min Between Rounds

Mobility:
1:00 Lizard
