WOD

Warm-up:
75′ Heel/toe walk (4 steps on heels, 4 steps on toes)
75′ Walking lunge
10 Ring row
10 Hollow rock
200m Run
75′ Bear crawl
5 Scap pullup
4 Lat pull
5 Kip swing
3-5 Pullup

WOD:
Every 5 minutes for 20 minutes:
400m Run (Scale to 300m)
20 Pullup (Scale to 15 or 10 reps)
*Scale as needed to have at least 1 minute of rest.

Mobility:
1:00 Side puppy
1:00 Couch
