30 High knee
6 Lat pull
4 T2B

WOD:
Partition as needed:
50 T2B (Scale to 30)
1 mile Run (Scale to 1000m)
300 DU (Scale to 200 or 500 SU)
75 Burpee (Scale to 50)
Rx+ unpartitioned. *28 minute time cap.
If you finish in under 20 minutes add an 800m run.
