Warm-up:

4 High hang + mid hang clean
4 Spiderman lunge
16 Single leg v-up
200m Run

WOD:
A) 2 Position Power Clean (High hang + mid hang)
Build over the course of 12 minutes.

B) For time:
100m Run
15 Deadlifts (225/155, or ~50%)
200m Run
50 Double unders (100 Single unders)
400m Run
50 Double unders
200 m Run
15 Deadlifts
100m Run
