6 Spiderman lunge w/ reach
1 Wall walk up w/ :5-:10 hold
15 Penguin jumps
5 BTN push press
5 Front rack push press
4 Up down dog
20 SU
10 DU or 5 DU attempt

WOD:
A) 5-4-3-2-1 Push Press
*12 minutes.

B) 10 minute AMRAP:
20-40-60-80 DU (2-for-1 SU)
2-4-6-8 Deadlift (185/135#)

Mobility:
:45 Happy baby
:45 Lying knee twist
