WOD
Warm-up:
2 Rounds:
10 Passthroughs
4 Shoulder circles in squat
6 Up dog/down dog
12 Shoulder taps in plank
18 Mountain climbers
2-5 Pullups based on your setup and how hard they are
5-7 Pushups
:30 running in place
WOD:
Partition as needed “Severin”
For Time:
50 Strict Pull-Ups (Scale to 35) or 75-100 Sheet rows or 100 Renegade rows
100 Hand-Release Push-Ups (Scale to 75)
5K Run (Scale to 1.5 miles or 500 side step over + 500 mountain climbers)
*Break this up as needed. One way to partition would be 10 rounds of 5 pullup, 10 pushup and 500m run. Another way would be 5 rounds of 10 Pullups, 20 pushups between, 1000m run.
** 50 minute time cap.
