A) 4-4-4-4-4
Sumo Deadlift
Build over the course of 14 minutes (heavier than last week).

B) Team WOD!
In 3 person teams perform a 12 minute AMRAP of:
75′ Heavy sled pull
Heavy farmers carry (one lap around gym)
Rotate between sled pull & farmers carry with one person resting after each carry.
