Warm-up:
10 PVC passthrough
10 Halo
5 Deep squat complex
10 T-spine opener
20 Mountain climber
40 Shuffle splits
8 Step up
7 Single arm DB push press
6 Box jump
6 DB snatch

WOD:
A) EMOM x 5
3-6 Strict HSPU
If 6 is easy then add a deficit. Scale by doing pike HSPU on a box.

B) Every 2:30 for 12:30 (5 sets)
10-16 Alternating DB snatch (50/35#, scale to 35/25#)
8-12 Box jump over (24/20″, Rx+ 28/24″, scale to 20/18″)
Rest should be at least 1 minute.
Record time for each round.
