3 rounds of:
Sled pull (100/70#, 150′ length of gym down and back)
Max rep pull-up
Sled pull
Max rep ring dip
Partner #1 performs a sled pull while partner #2 performs max rep pullups and partner #3 rests. After #1 is done with the sled pull then partner #2 moves on to sled pull, #3 moves on to pullup and #1 rests. Repeat the same sequence for ring dips and perform this all for a total of 3 rounds.
Scale sled pull load to a weight that allows you to complete the pull in about :90. If the pull takes more than 1:45 than reduce the weight.
