B) 10-minute AMRAP of:
16 Double KB Front rack lunge (53/35#)
16 Single KB Front rack step-ups (20/18″, 53/35#)
16 KB swing (53/35#)

Mobility:
1 minute 1/2 Frog (each side)
1 minute Seated straddle (L/R/Middle)
