Warm-up:
10 Leg swing
4 Inchworm lunge
10 Wall squat
10 Bootstrapper
10 Bird dog
16 Fire hydrant
10 Superman
4 DB burpee step-up
8 Wallball

WOD:
A) 3 Tempo Front Squat
2 second down and 2 second in the bottom.
*14 minutes to build to a heavy triple.

B) 10 minute AMRAP:
8 DB burpee step-up (35/25#)
16 Wallball (20/14#)

1:00 Couch
