Warm-up:

10 Hamstring floss
5 Inchworm pushup
25′ Trinity
10 Bootstrapper
10 Bodyweight renegade row w/pause
7 Wide grip pushup
10 Shoulder circles
30 Mountain climbers
5 Pullup

WOD:Every 5 minutes for 25 minutes

10 Single arm floor press in bridge (DB 50/35#, BB 105/75, or odd object, 5 each side)
12 Russian twists (35/25, odd object)
10 Hamstring floor slides
7-15 Pull-up or rows

Mobility:
1:00 Pigeon
1:00 Puppy
