Warm-up:
75′ Trinity
75′ Samson lunge
75′ High knees
75′ Carioca
75′ Bear crawl
4 Inchworm
5 Top down deadlift w/ pause at high hang, mid-hang, above knee, below knee
5 Clean at each position
7 Burpee

WOD:
A) 2 Position Power Clean (mid-hang + floor)
Build over the course of 12 minutes.

B) For time:
1000m Run
50 Hang power clean @ ~65% of A
*10 minute cap.
