Warm-up:
10 PVC Passthrough
5 Up down dog + walk the dog
10 T-spine opener
6 Spiderman lunge
10 PVC Halo
8 Single DB push press (4 each side)
5 Deep squat complex
4 K2E or knee raise
3-5 Pullup
200m Run

WOD:
2 Rounds for time of

400m Run (Scale to 300m)
20 Pullup (Scale to 10-14)

400m Run
20 DB push press (Rx-50/35#, Scale I-25/25, Scale II-25/15)

400m Run
20 K2E (knee raise)

*25 minute cap.
If you finish under 21 minutes, add in another 400m run + 20 pullup as a bonus!
