8 Front rack lunge w/ empty BB
8 Burpee

WOD:
EMOM x 24 (6 sets) :
MInute 1: 12-16 Front rack lunge (Choose a load that allows you to go unbroken)
Minute 2: 6-12 T2B (knee raise)
Minute 3: Max Calorie Row
Minute 4: Rest

Mobility:
1:15 Couch stretch
