20 minute Partner AMRAP:
Partner 200m Medball Run (Run together, pass ball as needed)
30 Partner Wallball (Throw ball diagonal at wall so it bounces to your partner next to you. Rx-20/14, Scale-14/10)
400m Row (200m each, one partner holds two DB in front rack while other rows. Rx-50/35, Scale I-35/25, Scale II-25/15))
