Warm-up:
200m Run
10 Leg swing
8 Bootstrapper
3 Inchworm lunge
10 Bird dog
4 Up down dog
12 Glute bridge
16 Speedskater
8 Burpee

A) Back Squat
16 minutes to build to a heavy double. Build heavier than 042923.

B) Against a 16 minute running clock:
Run 1 mile (Scale to 1000m)
100 Air squat (If you are still on air squats at the 13 minute mark, move on to burpees)
Max burpee in remaining time.
*Record total burpees.
