A) Clean pull + hang clean
Build over the course of 10 minutes.

B) “The Chief”
3 minute AMRAP:
3 Power cleans (135/95#, scale to ~60% of 1RM)
6 Push-up
9 Air squat
Rest 1 minute.

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
Post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles
Compare to 040317 or 051016

1:30 lizard each side
1 minute seated straddle
