Warm-up:
4 Inchworm lunge
20 Mountain climber
10 Superman
10 Up/down dog
:20 Dead bug (each leg and both)
:30 Shuffle splits
10 Up downs

WOD:
2 RFT of:
1 mile run (160 mountain climbers + 160 step overs)
100 Abmat sit-up
*30 minute cap. Scale run to 1000m and sit-ups to 70.

Mobility:
1:00 Dragon
1:00 Butterfly
