Warm-up:
75′ Trinity
4 Inchworm lunge
10 Wall squat
10 Bootstrapper
10 Bird dog
16 Fire hydrant
10 Superman
5 Jump squat
2 Inverted burpee
2 V-up comples

WOD:
A) 2 Tempo Front Squat
2 second down and 2 second in the bottom.
*14 minutes to build to a heavy double.

B) May monthly challenge:
1 minute max jumping air squats to a target below parallel (medball or slamball on plates)
immediately followed by
8 minute AMRAP of
6 Inverted burpee
6 V-up complex

Mobility:
1:00 Frog
1:00 Saddle
