WOD:

A) 4 Rounds of:
2 minute AMREP of Single DB Front Rack Weighted Step-ups (50/35#, or empty BB)
1 minute Weighted Front Rack Hold
1 minute rest

B) 3 Rounds for quality:
:30 Hollow hold with DB overhead
:30 DB slides in plank
:30 Leg raise over DB
1 minute rest

Mobility:
1:00 Standing straddle
1:00 Forward fold
1:00 Puppy
