Hog & Jog Reminder: 

Saturday, May 14 is the “Hog and Jog!” In which we will have a partner 1.5 Mile Run or a 5k (your choice), followed by lunch at Pork Barrel BBQ! This will be instead of the 8 AM / 9 AM class. Please let us know if you plan to attend just the WOD, the BBQ (at approx 12 noon), or both!

Monday’s WOD

A) Every 2 minutes (12 minutes)
2 Clean & Jerk
65%, 65%, 70%, 70%, 75%, 75%

B) 15 minute AMRAP:
Max pull-up (minimum of 10)
Run 400m
