A) 10 minutes to establish a new 1RM Strict Press

B) 12-minute AMRAP of:
Run 150m
3 MU/9 Dip
6 HSPU (2 wall walk up or seated db strict press)
Run 150m
3 T2B-Pullup (this is a T2B directly into a pullup 3x)
6 Burpee to a 6″ target

1-minute pec mash each side
1-minute archer in saddle each side
2 minute double lax ball to t-spine
