12 Starfish sit-up
10 Scorpion
12 Bird dog
12Spiderman lunge
4 Walk up and pike pushup
2 minutes of :20 run in place/:10 burpee

WOD:
2 rounds of:

4 minute AMRAP:
4 Man maker (Push up, shoulder tap, knee to elbow, tuck jump)
16 Walking or reverse lunge

Rest 1 minute

4 minute AMRAP:
6 HSPU (Pike push-up)
12 New movement burpee

Rest 1 minute

4 minute AMRAP:
8 Pull-ups (Sheet rows or renegade rows)
36 DU (72 SU or toe taps)
