Warm up:
10 Wall/floor slides
10 Shoulder cirlcles
10 Bootstrappers
5 Squat and reach
then
3 rounds of
4 Yoga push up
12 Mountain climber
10 Up downs
then
6 Power snatch
4 Burpee box jump
3 Push press and 6 push up
WOD:
EMOM x 28 minutes (7 sets)
Minute 1: :30 Power snatch/:30 rest (Choose a weight you can cycle continuously for :30)
Minute 2: :30 Burpee box jump/:30 rest (24/20″)
Minute 3: :15 Push press/:15 rest/:15 Push-up/:15 rest (Choose a weight you can cycle continuously for :15)
Minute 4: Rest
Bodyweight: Find an odd object for power snatch. Perform single arm seated press for push press :10 each arm.
