WOD: 3RM Back Squat
This is our final week of the back squat cycle
Spend 20 minutes working up to a new 3RM!
Goal is to build heavier than last week (050421).
Home WOD:
Every 4 minutes for 20 minutes
16-20 DB bulgarian split squat (8-10 each side)
15 DB glute bridge (if these are easy either do single leg or add a hold at the top)
20 Skater jump
