A) Box Squat (Box height should put you ~parallel at bottom of squat)

*Build over the course of 14 minutes.

B) For time:
15 Box jump (28/24″)
800m Run (Scale to 600m)

15 Box jump (28/24″)
600m Run (Scale to 400m)

15 Box jump (28/24″)
400m Run (Scale to 200m)

15 Box jump (28/24″)
200m Run (Scale to 150m)

1:30 Pigeon
