A) EMOM x 4
Snatch balance + OHS

B) Snatch
Every 3 minutes for 9 minutes (3 sets)
Set 1- 8 @ 50%
Set 2- 6 @ 60%
Set 3- 4 @ 70%

Every 2 minutes for 8 minutes (4 sets)
Set 4- 2 @ 80%
Set 5- 1 @ 85%
Set 6- 1 @ 90%
Set 7- 1 @ 95%

then
5 minutes to establish a new 1RM

Mobility:
1 minute puppy dog
1 minute twisted cross
1 minute thread the needle
1 minute eagle in saddle
