Warm-up:

10 PVC passthrough
5 Walk outs
:30 Hollow hold
20 Shoulder taps in plank
2 Rope get-up
1 Wall walk-up w/ :10 hold
10 PVC halo
10 Push-up
Warm-up bench press

WOD:
Every 3:30 for 6 sets
:30 Handstand hold (Scale to :15-:20 hold and/or pike hold on box)
2 Rope climb (1 Legless or 3 Rope get-up)
12 Bench press (Rx-155/85, Scale up or down in order to keep these UB)

Mobility:
:45 Twisted cross
:45 Eagle
:45 Archer
