Farewell and good luck to Geoff as he starts a new adventure in Michigan! Luckily we get to keep Trish a little longer until she heads out to meet him next month.

A) Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes (5 sets)
4 Front squat
w/ 3 sec pause in bottom

Partner WOD!
B1)
10 minute AMRAP:
7 Lateral burpee over bar
7 Thrusters (105/75 or ~55%)
7 C2B pullup (COB/ring row)

Rest 3 minutes

B2)
10 minute AMRAP:
7 Lateral burpee over bar
7 Hang power clean (155/105 or ~60%)
7 HSPU (DB press)

Partner 1 completes a full round of B1 then partner 2 completes a full of round of B1 until 10 minutes is up. B2 is completed the same way.

Mobility:
3 minutes pigeon each side
