Strength:

Every other minute for 10 minutes (5 sets):

3 Front Squats
Compare to 022815.

Team WOD:
While partners 1 & 2 complete a 400m medball run, partners 3 & 4 accumulate as many box jumps as they can.

When P1 & P2 return, P3 & P4 perform a medball run. Cycle through each movement the same way for 2 rounds.
Box Jumps (24/20″)
Burpee
SDHP (53/35)
V-Ups
Record time and total reps for team of each movement. 25 minute cap.
