Happy Birthday, Don Mills!

Warm-Up:
10 Leg swing
3 Inchworm
4 Spiderman lunge w/ reach
5 Up down dog
6 Step up
7 Push up
150m Run
3 DSC
4 DB snatch
5 Box jump over

WOD:
Against a 25 minute running clock:
Run 1 mile (Scale to 1000m)
then
5-7 Rounds of:
14 DB snatch (50/35#)
7 Box jump over (24/20″)
then
Establish a 2 RM Bench Press in the remainder of time.
*Save at least 8 minutes for bench press.
**Record time for run and couplet and load for bench.
