This weeks home WOD challenge is for best Zoom virtual background.

Warm up:
2 rounds of:
5 Bootstrapper
5 Yoga pushup
6 Cossack squat
then
3 rounds
5 Up/Downs
5 Air squat
:20 Run in place

WOD:
A) Single max set of unbroken pushups.
Remember this number, you’ll use it in part B

B)
EMOM x 21 minutes (7 sets)
Minute 1: 9 Hang power clean (DB 50/35, BB 105/75, Bodyweight broad jump)
Minute 2: Max rep air squat
Minute 3: Same # of Pushups done in part A

Record total air squat and pushups.

1:00 Frog
1:00 Twisted cross
