WOD:
20 minute AMRAP of:
:30 Handstand hold (If the :10-:15 warm-up hold was challenging, scale to partial wall walk up w/ hold or pike hold on box or floor)
15 Abmat sit-up
10/7 Air bike
*Scale one or more movements as needed in order to finish each round ~2 minutes.
