Skill work: EMOM x 5 Unbroken T2B (5-10 reps)

If you have not learned to string together T2B. Spend this 5 minutes working on stringing together hanging knee raises. Gradually lift knees higher each set.

WOD:
5 Intervals
20/16 push-ups
10/8 box-overs (30/24)
16/12 pull-ups
