A) Every :90 for 12 minutes (8 sets) 3 Power Snatch Build over the course of 8 sets.

B) Team Sled pull! As a 3 person team, accumulate as many 75′ sled pulls as possible in 10 minutes. Choose a weight that allows you to move fast with no stops. Mobility: 3 minute seated straddle 3 minute saddle
