25 Jumping jax
4 Inchworm
10 Tuck-up
10 Up down
8 Bootstrapper
4 Yoga pushup
4 Burpee over erg

WOD: 5-6 Rounds, each for time:
250m Row
10 Burpee over erg (Scale to 7)
25 Ab-mat sit-up (Scale to 15-20)
Rest 1 minute
*24 minute cap. If round 1 takes less than 2:30, add 50m to row.
