A) Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes (5 sets)
4 Front squat (heavier than last week)
w/ 3 sec pause in bottom

B) Once through for time:
1 Mile run
50 Air squat
30 Burpee
10 Rope climb (30 pullup)

Mobility:
3 minutes pigeon each side
