75′ Burpee broad jump
40 KB Swing (53/35#)
75′ OH plate lunge (45/25#)
30 K2E

*One person working at a time. Both partners complete the 75′ Broad jump and the OH plate lunge follow the leader style.

Mobility: 5 minute general foam roll
