Memorial Day weekend schedule:
No Open Gym on Sunday.
Monday, Memorial Day Classes at 10 & 11AM and cook-out from 12-2pm!

20 minute AMRAP:
150m Double KB/DB front rack carry (53/36#, to sidewalk and back)
150′ Sled pull (Load should be light enough to allow you to travel length of room down and back without stopping)
20 DB/KB Deadlift (53/36#, if using DB’s only one end of DB’s have to make contact w/ floor)
Mobility:
Straddle: 1 minute L/R/M
