WOD:
A) Back Squat
5-5-5-5 Building
13 minutes including warm up.
B) Rowing intervals
With a partner row for 1 minute on and one minute off
for a total of 14 minutes or 7 sets each.
Record all 7 efforts and total meters as a team.
