Memorial Day Murph Reminder (Monday, May 30th): Classes at 8 & 9am with bagels and mimosas to follow!

Warm-up:
:30 each movement
Deep squat complex
Spiderman lunge
Air squat
Hollow hold
Superman
Up/down tuck jumps
Row x 2 (1 minute)
Reverse lunge
Bootstrapper

WOD:
A) Back Squat
5-5-5-5 Building
13 minutes including warm up.

B) Rowing intervals
With a partner row for 1 minute on and one minute off
for a total of 14 minutes or 7 sets each.
Record all 7 efforts and total meters as a team.

Mobility:
1:00 Frog
1:00 Straddle
1:00 Saddle
