Farewell to the Liebreich and Phillippi Families! Join us in saying goodbye to them at the Memorial Day cookout from 12-2pm on Monday. Let us know if you’re coming to either/both the workout and social. We’ve got a great headcount so far! 

Memorial Day weekend schedule:
No Open Gym on Sunday. Monday, Memorial Day Classes at 10 & 11AM

A) Spend 10 minutes building to a heavy 3 rep Thruster

B) Partner WOD!

500m Row
24 Alternating DB snatch (50/35#)
24 Burpees over the erg (scale to 16)
*One person working at a time. 25 minute cap.
