10 Iron Cross
10 Scorpions
5 Pike walk-ups
5 Inchworms
20 Jumping jax

WOD:
Every 3 minutes for 21 minutes (7 sets)
6 G2O (DB 35/50, BB 105/75, Bodyweight Floor tap + broad jump + pike pushup)
10-15 Up/Downs
10-15 Supermans (2 second hold)

Mobility:
1:00 Fragon
1:00 Twisted cross
