200m Run
75′ Bear crawl
5 Yoga pushup
30 Jumping jax
1 Wall/box walk up + 10 Shoulder tap
5 Up down dog + walk dog
Warm-up bench press

10 minute AMRAP:
150m Farmers carry
10 Bench press (Rx-155/95)
*Scale both of these movements to a load that allows you to complete UB.

:40 Handstand hold (Pike handstand hold on box or wall)
