Memorial Day Murph Reminder:
Classes on Monday will be at 8 & 9am! Additional open gym slots are at 5am, 7am, 12:30pm and 6pm.

Warm up:
4 Inchworm
8 Spiderman lunge
10 Tuck up
30 Jumping jax
10 Up down
3 Deep squat complex
6 Muscle clean + press
5 Hang clean + jerk
Run 150m

WOD: 4-5 RFT of:
10 Hang clean & jerk (Light, choose a load that allows you to go UB)
150m Run
15 Burpee
25 Abmat situp
If Round 1 takes longer than 5 minutes, scale burpee to 9 and sit-up to 15 reps.
*25 minute cap.
