Warm-up:
10 Leg swings
10 Bootstrappers
10 Reverse lunge
:20 Deadbug (L/R/Both legs)
25′ Trinity
30 Jumping jax

WOD:
Every 4 minutes for 24 minutes (6 sets)

12-16 Tempo bodyweight split squat (6-8 each side)
5 Second down and 3 in bottom

10 Skater jump + Scales

Mobility:
1:00 Pigeon
1:00 Lizard
