A) Split Jerk
5 minutes to build to a double at 80%
then every :90 for 7:30

B) EMOM x 12 (4 sets)
Minute 1: Max Handstand hold
Minute 2: Max Air bike cal
Minute 3: Max Double under (Scale to DU attempts or SU)
