WOD:
A) Every :90 for 7:30 minutes (5 sets)
3 Push Press @ 75-80%

B) 4 Rounds, each against a 3 minute running clock:
250/200m Row
20 KB swing (53/35#, scale to a load that allows you to go UB)
Max DU in remaining time (SU)
